Our company runs gynecological office located in Ostrava on Masaryk’s Square, where we provide comprehensive services in the field of Gynecology and Obstetrics.
Few words about the history of our doctor's office
MUDr. Vlastimil Malík’s office, the then Head of the Gynecology and Obstetrics department in Regional Hospital with Medical Centre (nowadays university hospital) was established as the first private facility of its kind in Ostrava in 1992. They worked together with MUDr. Alena Lipková in the building ČSAD Ostrava under the name GPG centrum. The doctor's office, nowadays under the name Malík – gynekologie a porodnictví s.r.o., is located on the main square in Ostrava in the newly reconstructed historical building which was called Lékárna u Zlaté koruny (nowadays Kavárna u Zlaté koruny).
Between 1996 and 2023 our company ran second office located in Ludgeřovice in Opava disctrict.
Together with MUDr. Vlastimila Malík, his son, MUDr. Jakub Malík, worked in the offices. MUDr. Jakub Malík took over both doctor's offices in 1st of January, 2009.
As of 31st of December, 2020 MUDr. Vlastimil Malík is retiring.
The doctor's office has high-quality instrumentation and computer technology (ultrasound devices, electrically adjustable examination beds, etc.). We have an operating room for a wide range of gynecological procedures.
Both the office and operating room are fully air-conditioned.
